Dorset Naga was developed years ago from seed of Bangladeshi Naga by;Joy and Micheal at Sea Spring Seeds;Dorchester. It was the hottest chilli;in the world 2006. Living in Dorset we are lucky enough to have these amazingly fresh Dorset Naga on our doorstep.
First flavour floral, harmless and little bit earthy. I’m just having a little swallow and I feel like going down on the back of my neck, getting hot bottom lip and ears. Now starting to get warm and tingly so quick, my tongue standing on end now. Really really rich body with Dorset Naga flavours. It’s starting to get crazy hot and this one is an absolute beauty, wonderful!;
Ideal with crispy tofu, tempura vegetable, garlic grilled portobello mushrooms and a strong goat cheese will all go perfect with this sauce! Oh and I forgot about a great medium rare steak!

Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use.;
